Frame and Suspension
Levis has started with the production of the company’s first stainless steel frame, which will be used to underpin the upcoming bike. Thanks to the interchangeable stainless panels that are featured on the lightweight frame, these could be finished differently to the frame. Let’s give you an example and make this whole thing more understandable. The frame rails could come with a polished finish, whereas the panels might be brushed and colored.
The front forks, hand controls, headlamps and yokes are all CNC machined from solid aluminum billet. Levis really tried to make this bike as light as possible without compromising the style and appearance. Meanwhile, the brake and clutch cylinders will be incorporated into the top yoke design for a minimal look.
Last but not least, the single front and rear shock absorbers have been carefully assembled by a leading UK shock absorber manufacturer. They will be fully adjustable for preload and rebound and they will match the special details of each two-wheeler that goes out of the factory.
