9. Bobber
The name bobber derives from the word “bob-job,” coined in the 1930s and used ever since by the riders all over the country. The motorcycles are customized in a way to resemble the racing bikes from the American Class C racing motorcycles which were popular in the past. The main goal is to improve power-to-weight ratio, which means that all unnecessary parts have to be stripped down. Characteristics of this kind of bike are a smaller gas tank, raised handlebars and small seat.
