Nothing will change about the new 2018 Yamaha Tenere 700 in the powerplant department. It will use the same 698cc parallel-twin “Crossplane Concept” unit that is featured on the 2018 MT-07. The engine delivers 74 horsepower and 92 lb-ft of torque.
