3. Duane Allman
Rock guitarist Duane Allman died after a motorcycle accident that took place in 1971. The guitarist wanted to avoid the truck, and he went down. As he was trying to move toward the center of the road to swing around the outside of the truck, the vehicle suddenly stopped, and Allman ran into it. He passed away later that day as the doctors were trying to save his life.
